Patience and its relationship to Stress Tolerance in the medical system in Bethlehem Governorate during the Corona pandemic

Introduction The COVID-19 pandemic has set unprecedented demand on the medical system globally. Palestine was one of Arab countries affected Objectives present study aims to identify relationship between patience and Stress Tolerance in Bethlehem Governorate during Corona pandemic, as well impact several demographic variables it. Methods Descriptive method were used. Appropriate statistical analyses conducted using (SPSS). A random sample 160 workers staff completed Patience Scale Coping Processes questionnaire. Results : showed there is a significant positive effect for stress tolerance statistically differences level favor males single workers. It also found that no difference specific duties health care worker variance evidence due work with Covid patients but those who do not patients.
